The cost of the shipment is determined according to the weight and volume of the products, the place of delivery of the same and the selected shipping company.

Once the total amount of the shipment has been deposited, you must send an image of the payment receipt to the email address andaresoax@gmail.com.

Your shipment will be processed within 72 hours after receipt of payment, this time is determined by the disposition of the shipping company you have selected and the number of pieces to be packed. The delivery time is subject to the times handled by the subcontracted carrier.

Andares subcontracts companies specialized in cargo handling to carry out the delivery.

Our delivery service is only available in the Mexican Republic.

It is important to specify if your purchase is a gift, to remove product labels.

Delivery times vary according to the selected courier depending on the destination and occur at any time of the day.

Upon receiving your package, we recommend that you check that it does not present any defect or alteration, if so, we ask you to please not receive it, write down the comments on the courier ticket and immediately report it to the sales area by phone at 951-5168672 ext. 200, or if you prefer via email to andaresoax@gmail.com otherwise Andares will not be responsible for any damage that the products may present.

No personnel from the Andares shipping team or contracted couriers is authorized to install equipment, remove doors, or fly merchandise.
POLICY OF CHANGES, RETURNS, DAMAGE INSURANCE
Andares del Arte Popular does not have refunds. However, it has a damage insurance to choose from, if the client chooses to contract it, they must pay the equivalent of 25% of the total purchase for the following purposes: Damaged, broken or incomplete merchandise at the time of receipt, must be reported with the package (in this case they will send us the evidence and it will be replaced by a new product and in optimal conditions).
